How to Raise Money from Individual
Donors (for Nonprofit Staff)
This three-hour workshop gives a comprehensive overview
of the ins and outs of raising money from individual donors. This
program is designed for the fundraising staff of small to mid-sized
nonprofit organizations.
We will discuss the components of a successful individual
donor program, including:
• a well articulated fundraising plan
• commitment from an involved board and leadership from staff
• database management
• how to do donor research
• marketing tools to communicate with potential and existing donors
• how to define and successfully manage an annual giving campaign
• how to secure a lead gift
• how to cultivate donors, and
• how to solicit major donors for the big gifts.
This workshop is your chance to ask questions about
all the issues on your mind. Bring those fundraising conundrums,
and we’ll solve them together.
Registration cost: $95 per participant, includes a
workbook with a complete set of workshop notes, as well as ready-to-use
forms to support your individual giving program. Maximum 25 participants
